1. Description of the Service

Tripvela is a software tool designed to help users track and organize shared expenses during trips or group activities.

Tripvela does not process payments between users, act as a financial intermediary, or guarantee the accuracy of any information entered by users.

All expense entries, balances, and calculations are based solely on information provided by users.

Tripvela is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. No Financial Responsibility

Tripvela is not responsible for any financial outcomes related to the use of the Service.

This includes but is not limited to:

• incorrect balances
• incorrect calculations
• incorrect expense entries
• disputes between users
• lost funds
• unpaid debts
• misinformation entered by users

Users are fully responsible for verifying all expense information and calculations independently.

Tripvela does not guarantee that calculations or balances are accurate, complete, or up to date.

You agree that Tripvela is not liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes resulting from the use of the Service.

3. User Responsibility for Trip Participants

Users are fully responsible for who they invite or allow to join a trip.

When a trip is created, Tripvela generates a shareable link that allows others to join the trip.

Anyone with this link may be able to access or participate in the trip depending on the configuration of the Service.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for who you share the trip link with
• You understand that the link may be forwarded to others
• Tripvela cannot control who accesses a shared trip link
• Tripvela is not responsible for any actions taken by people who join a trip

You should only share trip links with people you trust.

4. User-Generated Content

All information entered into the Service, including but not limited to:

• expenses
• notes
• names
• balances
• trip details

is considered user-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information they submit
• ensuring they have the right to share the information
• resolving disputes arising from that information

Tripvela does not verify, validate, or audit any user-generated content.

5. Disputes Between Users

Tripvela does not mediate or resolve disputes between users.

Any disagreements regarding:

• expense amounts
• payments owed
• reimbursement
• incorrect entries

must be resolved directly between the users involved.

Tripvela is not responsible for enforcing payments or collecting debts between users.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Tripvela may charge fees for access to certain features or the Service.

All purchases made through Tripvela are final.

Tripvela does not offer free plans or free trials unless explicitly stated.

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• subscription fees
• one-time purchases
• upgrades
• feature access

By purchasing access to the Service, you agree that no refunds will be issued.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tripvela for:

• illegal activities
• fraud
• harassment
• impersonation
• entering false financial information with the intent to harm others
• attempting to access trips without authorization
• interfering with the Service

Tripvela reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Service Availability

Tripvela is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• uninterrupted
• error-free
• secure
• always available

Tripvela may experience:

• downtime
• bugs
• data inconsistencies
• temporary outages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Data Loss

While we strive to maintain reliable systems, Tripvela does not guarantee the preservation of data.

Users are responsible for keeping their own records of important financial information.

Tripvela is not liable for any loss of data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokline LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• financial losses
• disputes between users
• incorrect calculations
• lost or unpaid expenses
• reliance on information within the Service

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use Tripvela in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mokline LLC and Tripvela from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from: your use of the Service; your participation in a trip; disputes with other users; any information you submit into the Service.

12. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including adding or removing features.

We may also update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Tripvela after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes must be resolved in courts located within the State of Delaware.
